Online journalism course connects with Jschool students

Jschool’s new online course has received the thumbs up from journalism students.

A survey of students enrolled in the first semester of the 2014 Diploma of Journalism course found an extremely high level of satisfaction with the course content and delivery.

Jschool director John Henningham said teaching staff were very pleased with the results of the survey.

“The staff are working very hard to make the course useful and interesting for students, and it’s very encouraging that students have responded so positively,” he said.

“Of course there’s always room for improvement, but these results show that we’re on the right track. In the coming semester we’ll be doing our best to provide a course that is relevant and exciting.”
