Congratulations to 2013 Jschool student and valedictorian Patrick Begley, appointed to an editorial traineeship at the Sydney Morning Herald. Patrick survived the gruelling selection process in which hundreds of applicants competed for a handful of positions.

And well done 2012 Jschool graduate Shirley Way in joining the Central and North Burnett Times as a journalist. Best of luck!
